Sascha Gast

Born and raised in Germany, Sascha started his three year apprenticeship in 1985 in Nuernberg, Bavaria and ten years later, he received his masters degree in Hair.  He moved to California to bolster his skills and, of course, soak up the sunny, perfect Los Angeles weather.  He spent thirteen years managing a large salon in Marina del Rey, while traveling the world as a platform artist for a large product manufacturer, as well as working in trade shows, fashion shows, and workshops.  He delights in helping his clients find a look they love and a hair style that makes them feel beautiful. He will also set you on the right path to achieve a desired look while maintaining the integrity of your hair.

Some of his specialties include: haircuts, color and highlights, corrective color, Brazilian Blowouts & other keratin treatments to smooth frizzy hair. Freehand painting/Balayage/foilayage and color correction are his specialty.

In his spare time, Sascha dedicates himself to photography, his motorcycles, and dog rescues.

"Sascha is the best hairdresser I have ever had. Not only are his haircuts perfect, he's a terrific colorist. He asks what you want and really listens to you. If you're being unrealistic, he tells you, and he'll offer alternatives. I have thick, curly hair and he knows how to shape it and control it. He also shows you how to maintain it on your own." - Carol K.

Ashlee Gast

Ashlee went to college at CSU Long Beach for nursing, only to discover that her true passion was hair.  She left CSULB to attend Santa Monica School of Cosmetology, where she developed her new skill set, made connections and learned about the industry that she would soon adore.  She joined the Dino Clark team just weeks after their relocation and instantly knew that it was a loving, team environment that she would fit right into.

Ashlee prides herself on her well-rounded skills & providing clients with a unique and unparalleled overall look and experience.  Her favorite part of her job is that its not a job -- "It is an absolute pleasure to make someone feel great about his or herself and to connect with people in a way only hairdressers and therapists understand! Lucky me!"

When away from the salon, Ashlee is spending time with her husband and two young children, barbecuing with friends and family, hosting wellness events and camping. She loves her coffee black with a little honey but will go out of her way for a hot Chai tea latte. And if you ask here where she got something, the answer is usually Home Goods or TJ Maxx.

"Let me just start off by saying that I have lived and had my hair cut and dyed in many big cities (Seattle, LA, NYC, Paris) and Ashlee is BY FAR the BEST stylist I have ever been to. I have been seeing her now for almost 4 years and she has never ever disappointed me. She is always honest and has the best eye for what will look good on you.

On top of being a hair genius, she is the sweetest, kindest, most beautiful hair stylist out there. Please go to Ashlee and never look back!!" - Alicia F.

Taline Wilder

After hacking and coloring her Barbies' hair, and later, her friends' hair, Taline knew hair was her calling.  She studied and graduated from the Vidal Sassoon Academy cosmetology program in 2001 with the honor of Student Premier.  She joined the Dino Clark team in 2007, where she led the assistant education program.  She now works in the salon part-time and is a wife and mother of twin boys.  Her focus on  hair is cutting and coloring and she loves working with hair of various textures and lengths.  Her personal style is a mixture of laid back, classic, feminine with a little edge that translates into her work.

Along with hair, Taline's passions are food/cooking and travel.

Bernard McVeigh

Raised in Ireland, Bernard wanted to be a hairstylist from a young age, but growing up on his parent's farm, he was not able to pursue a career as a stylist until he decided to leave Ireland.  He moved to Los Angeles in 2001, where he attended Toni & Guy Hair Dressing Academy. After completing an intensive training program, he soon got the opportunity to work at Joseph Martin Salon on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills ,where he mastered his cutting & coloring skill, learned from some of the most renowned stylists in the country, and was finally able to express his creativity. After a few years, he relocated to Santa Monica,  where he now lives & works. A true perfectionist, Bernard strives for excellence, both in cuts and color, and nothing makes him happier than a client leaving the salon with beautiful hair and a smile.

"Seriously, Bernard knows hair.  I went in with dreary "blah" hair and came out with a cut I love and a style that screams "Va va voom!" Bernard is a hair expert when it comes to thick wavy hair- he always manages to turn my hair into something worthy of a night out!

He is so nice, very professional and completely the kind of guy you want to trust your hair with. I would be floored if someone came out of Bernard's chair not loving his work!"  - Carrie U.

Dana Clark

Dana Clark has been styling hair for 35 years. She graduated from the Academy of Vidal Sassoon and continued her education at the Academy of Vidal Sassoon in London, England. She began her career working as an assistant specializing in hair color at A T Tramp and Joseph Martin in Beverly Hills. After building a clientele at Carlton Hair International, where she worked as a colorist to one of the owners, she opened the Dino Clark Salon, 17 years ago. In 2011, she co-opened a concept color salon named "Tint" in Santa Monica before returning back to Dino Clark, where she now works as a stylist.

"After moving to Los Angeles from New York, I really struggled trying to find the right stylist who could deliver the exact color and style that I wanted.  And then my friend recommended Dana to me and I couldn't be happier! She consistently breathes new life into my hair and my color, listens to exactly what I want, and, what's more, she's fun to talk to! Best recommendation I've ever received and best hair stylist in LA, as far as I'm concerned." - Paige W.
